Dustin Lawson, the Bulwark pro who came to my home this afternoon, was GREAT! He put out a variety of different kinds of traps inside my garage and reloaded the trap boxes surrounding my house (which were empty). He will put a note into his system, asking that I the trap boxes be replenished every other month moving forward. Going above and beyond, he helped disconnect my garage door from its auto opener so I can once again close it, although manually. Clarence came over as scheduled to check the rat bait boxes, and I asked him about the weed service. He explained it and said he could do it now. Even though it was a Saturday and he was busy covering a large territory of homes, he stayed and did the weed service. I told him to just schedule it for later, but he was adamant about doing it today. When he was done, it looked like it had rained in the yard. He did a great job and is a very nice person.
