Everyone was kind and informative. It made the whole process as smooth as it could be.
I am a patient of Dr Frei, always a good experience ! Today was just a cleaning my teeth feel so great !) always greeted so warmly .I also see the care they have for other patients ,, I’m on a maintenance cleaning every three months , is my goal . I look forward to . Staff all amazing , my time there flys . ,, Dr Frei always comes in just after cleaning to check all, also X-rays today ,,, So game plan and next appointment set up !!!
If I could give 10 stars I would! I've been visiting Dr. Frei for like 4 years now. My driving here is about 30min (16miles) and I do not care because I LOVE THEM. EVERYONE IS SO KIND, HUMBLE & CARING. Dentist office always makes me feel stressed with all the noise and smells, but here is something else, they always find a way to make you feel fine and relax. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
Changing dentist after 30 years due to a move can be stressful. Dr. Frei and his AMAZING team made the transition for me easy! From the front office girls to the back office girls, everyone welcomed me and made me feel like an old friend on my very first visit! I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.
I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. The entire team is as friendly as they are professional, and they genuinely care about their patients. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but this is as close as you will come to actually enjoying the experience.
