I literally called to ask for help getting X-rays for my dog, and they were extremely rude. They told me their main veterinarian has retired, so they’re not accepting new clients anymore. Honestly, I don’t know if they’re about to close, but they won’t help you at all. Don’t even bother trying
We had an urgent care requirement that arose unexpectedly late in the afternoon. Because Dr Leslie had performed the spaying and neutering (and Dr Craig administered meds) I called there and was told to come on in. Despite running them late (their staff left for the day) both Dr Craig and Dr Leslie attended my pet with the same unhurried gait as they had on previous appointments.
