On Jan 15 2024 I had my alignment done on my 2006 Scion xB they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment which there no adjustment on rear because it's a solid axle. Alen bultman completely Destroyed my shoulder because he only would have me toss tires every day all day. I constantly explained to him that my shoulder is hurting and is getting injured. I've explained to him that ive had surgery on my shoulder b4. He would always reply "don't talk to me about shoulder pain, that I know nothing about shoulder issues , and that if I can't toss tires I'm no good for him." He worked me till my shoulder was shot and forced me in a position to quit bc I could no longer toss tires.
We are from Iowa, driving thru we got a flat tire. They were able to fix and get us back on the road in 30 minutes! Thank you
