Really nice on the phone. Not so much in person. Business is business I guess. Was skipped to next person without helping me. He had no patience.
I was traveling through the area, hit a pot hole that caused so issues. I found this tire shop they said it needed an alignment and a tire. I had to make an appointment and stay over night at a hotel. They seemed very nice and helpful at the time. I showed up for the appointment and waited in there sitting area. The techs were in and out of the garage visiting. I waited in the front sitting area for 3 hours. They finished and everything seemed fine and left as you normally would.
