I did not write my horrible experience here on Google but rather just gave a 1 star. Shortly after the 1 star review the own of this business looked me up on Facebook and private messaged me asking me why I gave a 1 star. Now that on top of my experience there is highly unprofessional.
I had a very good experience with this towing company during a stressful situation. On Monday, I got into an accident with my semi truck on the highway due to strong wind and black ice. My truck jackknifed into the median and my trailer ended up blocking the road. My company called them and they arrived within about an hour. Kenny showed up and was very professional and kind. While driving down the highway, our truck broke down — leaving our family of five, our truck, and our camper stranded. Needless to say, the kids were scared and we were stressed. Kyle came to help as soon as he could, and was incredibly kind. He got our truck to the shop, hooked up power to our camper, shared great local restaurants, and local hotels.
