If I could give this place a zero I would. Don’t waste your time or money. This man told us multiple times the car was ready to be picked up, only to call when we were almost there and say it needed more work. He told us the transmission was all good and he just was running wires to the battery as one had a short. I asked for over a week for an update with no response and then when he finally did respond he was rude and unprofessional. Then tells us the transmission needs another part and he needs more money. Best transmission work around. Not a short drive for me but if I need this specialty work done, this is the place!
I don't even know where to start, truly. This man was called multiple times before hand to make sure he had the proper ability to fix my car. Now giving this loser the benefit of the doubt my car is very rare and hard to work on. Now with that being said if he saw that as an issue he should've refused service like the 4 other shops I called before him.
