Disappointed but trying to be fair I brought my 2001 Toyota Tundra in for transmission issues and was told there would be about a two-week wait. I understood and agreed to that. Unfortunately, it ended up taking six weeks before the repair was completed. During that entire time, I never once received an update unless I called first to ask what was going on. If I could give this place a zero I would. Don’t waste your time or money. This man told us multiple times the car was ready to be picked up, only to call when we were almost there and say it needed more work. He told us the transmission was all good and he just was running wires to the battery as one had a short. I asked for over a week for an update with no response and then when he finally did respond he was rude and unprofessional. Then tells us the transmission needs another part and he needs more money. Best transmission work around. Not a short drive for me but if I need this specialty work done, this is the place!
