I had a hot water tank leak with water in the overflow pan and leaking on the floor. The leak location was finally apparent and obvious by the time of leak detection consult appointment by the tech, Brian. Only visual testing done. $350 for 20 min obvious diagnosis. The water valve to the hot water tank was already turned off. The tech indicated on the receipt that he turned the water valve to tank off but it was already turned off. Brian was very helpful and professional. I’ve never seen anyone detect a leak by pumping gas through the water pipes, and seeing the grass bubble was fascinating. He found the leak in minutes, marked it for us and moved on. He’s a master of this skill!

This is the third time BullsEye Plumbing and Leak Detection came to my home, unfortunately we have a house built in 1978 and copper lines still under the slab. We are very please because they have found all leaks I will recommend this company 100% and definitely use them on the feature. Lucky this time is not inside the house, and this time we will pay to put a new line from the well to the house and though the wall. The leak is between the pink spots.

Don’t waste your time and money. Hired to do pool leak detection and tested things I already checked. Said other pipes inaccessible. Well duh. Why do you think we hired a “professional”? Finally, he marked area about the size of Grand Canyon and said it’s somewhere in here. Thanks for helping me narrow it down to a few square miles. $300 well spent…..not!
