Great customer service and huge selection !
We were very disappointed this last Saturday when we visited their “resource” center. Their two staff members were less than helpful and somewhat rude. We were visiting from Hawaii and wanted to buy at least 20 sheets of glass which we needed cut down so we could carry it back with us. We explained what we needed help with and the response was that it would cost $5 for each glass cut. We picked out the glass and when we went to purchase, they said it would actually be at least $10 per cut plus other fees if it was not cut ex... read more
