I ordered $7,000 worth of glass from them and realized after a period of time that one of the windows was not symmetrical (as compared to the other ene). I requested them to come back out and change it and the answer, "Out of warranty". I was very disappointed with the overall experience. Trying to get my shower glass installed was a nightmare. I was quoted to have my job to be done 5-7 days from the time I place the order 8/21. It was not installed until today. Communication was terrible. TO place the oder I had repeated call Chris one of the salespeople numerous times. He finally came out and measured.
