Brian and Joel are pretty amazing. I called around because the windshield I had installed at a different company a few years back was leaking really bad. Brian informed me that he would be in my neighborhood on another job and showed up within a couple hours. Brian is great!! I don't live in Seattle, and I was unfortunately a victim of a smashed rear passenger window car prowl at a hotel near the Space Needle. Brian was called to see if he had my car's window which is a privacy window and he did. He came to the hotel with the window, but he had to remove everything that held the window in the door just to get the new window in, and 30 mins later he's done and the window doesn't look like it got replaced at all (everything works also). I had my car window broken into and didn’t know who to call.. but i’m glad i came across brian and his team at bullseye! Great customer service over the phone and the response time was out of this world! I used the bathroom came out and they were ready to replace my window! i highly suggest this company and for the price, they had the best pricing from the 4 quotes i had. i just wish i didn’t call the 3 other companies before this company!

I generally only leave positive reviews but my experience with Bullseye was exceptionally negative and I wanted to caution others. 1. A trim piece on the passenger's side A-pillar was sticking up ~1/4" after the windshield replacement. I pointed this out and Brian tried banging it in with his hand before realizing that the rubber seal needed to be trimmed. 2. The wipers were installed too low and were parked on top of the windshield trim. To his credit, Brian promptly adjusted them. 3. The cowl panel that used to sit flush ... read more
