My daughter attended this practice received a script which was wrong luckily pharmacist picked it up. Contacted Practice wanted us to pay for another appointment to correct there mistake.
Disappointing experience with Dr Rasheed on Friday 20th June. We booked this appointment to discuss hormonal and fertility related concerns. Instead of helping us begin with basic diagnostic testing (which was all we asked for), the doctor deflected and advised us to wait 12 months before seeking specialist support, despite there being clear reasons not to delay testing in our case. My first time here ..receptionist was lovely young lady .. and Dr Andy Man he is the most kindest ,caring and explains everythink young man .. highly recommended seeing him... wish more doctors were like him
Booked an appointment a few days ago as this has been the local doctors since moving, cost me 40 bucks to be told to take Panadol and nurofen which I had already been doing ,even after explaining ,that's left me bed ridden the last 6 days , no appetite, nauseous, and I've had 8-10hrs broken sleep last 5 days , due to the razorblades in my throat, and I'm still in bed now writing this, didn't offer any better types of medication, it was the first time in my life I nearly walked out of the doctors , reception are mint though a... read more
I recently visited this clinic for the first time, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling quite frustrated. I had to wait almost half an hour before I learned that the doctor was unavailable. I then asked the reception staff to try to accommodate me by fitting me into the next available appointment, which I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes with no updates.
