Unorganised and they heavily overbook appointments. Go elsewhere if you can Wait times have been well over 1 hour on several occasions now Last visit - Checked in for an appointment and then they called me 40 min later while I’m in the waiting room to ask were I was ! Then waited another hour for my appointment.
Nicki was extremely rude, made accusations, and has no phone manners. The way she spoke was disgusting and unprofessional. I was charged $100 just to sit in a room for less than 5 minutes and be told I didn’t even need a doctor’s appointment. This was something Nicki had already told me at the front desk, yet I was still charged just for stepping into the room. The whole experience was unfair and unacceptable. I do not recommend this place or being seen by Nicki!!!
Been going to Bullsbrook Family Medical for almost 3 years now. The staff at reception are lovely and Dr. Reem is a caring and warm doctor that has helped me with a variety of issues.
I've been there for 5 years, they are amazing, friendly staff and lovely doctors. Nothing wrong. Normal.
Waited 30 min gave up and went home
