Highly recommend overall. Accessible practice with availability over long hours during the week and open on the weekend. Caring nursing staff. Pathology facility. Reasonable wait times. The owner, Dr James Ogundipe, is highly experienced caring GP.
My elderly mother requires regular medical and podiatry appointments. She no longer drives so I must take time off work to take her. We constantly are left waiting between 1 -2 hours past appointment times without explanation or warning.
I have nothing but praise for the doctors and reception staff at this practice. They always listen to my concerns, and provide great care. I rate it 2 stars due to the consistently long wait times. Each visit, I end up waiting at least 45 minutes, and more often than not, it exceeds an hour without reception letting patients know on arrival that the doctor is running behind I do understand occasional delays but this has been a frequent issue, especially since I'm here regularly for testing.
