This is my 2nd time using Bull's Eye for my windshield repair and they still go way above and beyond to take care of you. They are honest and forthright and I believe they appreciate your business as much as you will appreciate their service. They don't make you wait long hours or days, and are very accommodating. It is rare to find such great customer service anymore but they are the epitome of what customer service should be like for all businesses.
Horrible ! DO NOT USE THEM ! They broke my baby monitor, they didn’t hook up my windshield washer jets back & ruined the rubber edge from removing it improperly. When we asked them to remedy the issues we were told they didn’t work on this vehicle !! I showed them paperwork & they said I was a liar !!! These people are horrible! They are a horrible business !
If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted Dan for glass repair services and was extremely disappointed with how I was treated. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during our interaction. I simply had questions, and instead of receiving helpful information, I was met with disrespect. Customer service matters, and this experience was unacceptable.
Great service, quick to communicate and got it back to us quickly! I would highly recommend
