If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted Dan for glass repair services and was extremely disappointed with how I was treated. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during our interaction. I simply had questions, and instead of receiving helpful information, I was met with disrespect. Customer service matters, and this experience was unacceptable.

I cannot say enough good things about Bull’s Eye Windshield Repair & Replacement and Dan in particular. We had a shattered window, and from the very first conversation, Dan was incredible to work with. With rain on the way, Dan expressed genuine concern for our vehicle and the potential damage the weather could cause. That sense of urgency meant a lot to us. One guy. Two dogs. Zero nonsense Dan at Bullseye Windshield Repair did an excellent job on replacing my windshield on my 99 sierra. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and the repair came out clean and solid. This is a small business run by Dan himself, and it shows — he takes pride in his work and treats customers right. Bonus points for his two dogs keeping morale high. I’d absolutely use Bullseye again and would recommend Dan without hesitation. Thanks Dan! 🫡
