On 8/12/2025 at approximately 6:35 a.m., I called this clinic’s on-call emergency number for a kitten in a life-threatening crisis — limp, struggling to breathe, and likely in shock from aspiration. The veterinarian answered, quoted a $70 fee, and hung up. I immediately tried to call back multiple times. My calls were ignored. No instructions, no referral, no attempt to ensure this kitten had any chance.
