This company has absolutely horrible customer service. The office lady has absolutely no professional bed side manner whatsoever... This company apparently thinks they can just transfer a child's bill into a parents name because the parent sent a payment to put on the child's account. Then they started billing an address where the account holder does not live, and has never lived. Absolute rudest company to work with. They lack customer service and do not care about their customers one bit. If you need time paying a bill, forget about it.
