Called and before I finished telling her what I needed she hung up. Bad customer service!
I contacted Bulloch Septic on March 15, 2024, about installing a new septic drain field. I talked to a female that said her husband would get me a quote the following Monday. I gave it a week, due to the amount of construction going on. I texted on March 22 to see if the quote was ready. She promptly replied with a "yes, give me a few minutes." The lady answered the phone and was nice. Scheduled to pump tank two days later and stated maybe the following day if they could. No one showed up or called. Voicemail is full. That's horrible customer service. They open Bulloch pumping too.
Im calling everyone on Google. This was the first to answer the phone. She said let me see if we can go out that far(30 mins from statesboro) then hangs up immediately.
