I used this storage unit for about 2 years . It was very convenient and fast to access I got the unit with no problem. Never had an issue until left. It was paid by the month. I left in dec I left before it was time to pay for the next month . They told me I owe 100 I didn’t understand why I owed for Jan it was pay by the month why would I make a payment for Jan when I left in dec. plus I had to throw away a lot of my stuff do the yellow stains remind you it was a a controlled unit.
I’ve had to rent storage twice from this company. I came back because no complicating contracts, insurance and blah blah blah. I moved from WV… then although I rented in my granddaughters name later on as I helped her move and used Bulloch. It was easy, clean, dry and they had a cart to use to make it easier. Thank you Bulloch for making just ONE THING in life not so complicated.
Had 2 units for over a year and the price was very decent, will do business with them in the future as well if I need too
