Friday night we had a flat tire while traveling on I-16 returning to Laurens County from Pooler Georgia. I believe your 911 Center was the one that answered our call. I wanted to say that we were treated so well on the phone with your dispatcher and to thank them for being so helpful. We were dispatched help in a timely manner and they were so helpful in pinpointing where we were on the interstate.
