My family member was experiencing problems & the EMTs that were sent were completely nonchalant & did not seem to really care/be compassionate about what was going on. I am aware that EMTs work long hours & may be tired, but they can at least show concern if a patient is experiencing health issues. We called to make a complaint & no one from this location ever returned our call even after saying that they would. Dishonest and unethical practices. My daughter a recent graduate from Georgia Southern got arrested for a said DUI last year. A car came out of his/her lane, hit her and fled the scene. The responding officer called to the scene attempted several times to do a breath test on my daughter. When he did not get the results he wanted, he took my daughter to a private residence and had a guy with a white t-shirt and gray sweatpants take her blood at a card table in his home. Bulloch County EMS were extremely helpful and friendly. They had an exceptional arrival time, about 6-7 minutes and were very personable and informative. They made me feel safe and very well taken care of. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
