It is the only county in Kentucky that treats you pretty unfair. The county attorney himself really needs to retire after trying to give me a default judgement on my case. I don't trust that county to handle something simple as a receipt because they are too damn lazy to check the mailbox and they lose paperwork on a regular. Now I know the real reason why I moved out of that county because I don't want to be as stupid and unprofessional like they are.
