Really not sure what their purpose is. I may have just went to the wrong people for the wrong thing.
My partner and I recently came here to press charges after he was physically assaulted in his own home and I was threatened. Heather was the first person we spoke to, and she was super helpful, she stayed later and allowed us to fill out paperwork after she was supposed to leave. Extremely unhelpful and unwilling to work with my schedule to help me out with my problem that should have been taken care of the 1st 2nd or 3rd time I adjusted my schedule around them. I guess they just don't care about the problems of the people
