First thing that comes to mind is to follow-through when you tell me you are going to do something. Last time i fall for the old "We'll cancel that order after you place the new order" = so, I get screwed twice for the price of 2! Never again.
How are these guys still in business when there are quality dealers like Apmex and Provident? Shady Shady Shady stay away, like many others they cancelled my eBay order randomly after taking my money stating some vague reason which really amounted to them trying to nickle and dime a few dollars because the price of spot changed within that time frame. Word of advice pay the few extra dollars to get quality service from the leading sellers that live by their reputation. Ashamed that these scum operate in my State and city.
