My truck was wrecked in NC and was taken to Bullins. $18k later the truck is so out of alignment ive had it in another shop 2 times within a week of getting it back. The brand new passenger door sounds like the window is down. The steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle when driving straight. They put new tires on it to stop the wobble and they are no good because the front end wasnt fixed. I have had diesel shops take advantage being out on the road but never to this degree. There was a bit of confusion at one point while working with the Bullins team, but they were great people and delivered timely work. My advice is to make sure you know exactly what parts and improvements you want installed and replaced. Things are a little on the pricey side.
Terrible professionalism, I spoke with Thomas in reference to some work for my truck. He informed me he couldn’t take care of it and hung up on me.
