I’m not sure if the poor service and failure to complete their job was due to having a “small” transaction, but in my mind, it shouldn’t matter if I’m buying a 100k house or a million dollar mansion. Could not contact my closing agent by phone, had to always physically go to the office to get the simplest of questions answered. The worst part is that now months after closing, finding out that some IMPORTANT information was not recorded properly and now while trying to sell the same property we’re running into even more delay... read more
