Poor service and zero accountability. I had a grey glass sliding door replaced, and the new glass has a noticeably different tint with a purple hue. When I questioned this, Tony dismissed my concerns with, “That’s just how it is now,” offering no explanation or solution. Worse still, during the installation, they cracked the corner of the adjacent glass panel. I notified Tony immediately — and got no response whatsoever. No apology, no offer to fix it. Just silence. Highly recommend Tim from Bulli Glass, he has done all of our mirrors, windows and glass in our showers. The first install was over 5 years ago and it is still as good as new, have and will continue to use there services!

Tony and Tim did a fantastic job they replaced all the 1970's glass in every window of our Pettit+Sevitt house. We have western red cedar window frames, which they re-routed and replaced the 3mil glass with 6.5 mil modern comfort plus. They have transformed our home by replacing old for new modern glass, whilst we still get to enjoy the beautiful red cedar windows. Can't recommend this firm enough they are brilliant.
