Poor service and zero accountability. I had a grey glass sliding door replaced, and the new glass has a noticeably different tint with a purple hue. When I questioned this, Tony dismissed my concerns with, “That’s just how it is now,” offering no explanation or solution. Worse still, during the installation, they cracked the corner of the adjacent glass panel. I notified Tony immediately — and got no response whatsoever. No apology, no offer to fix it. Just silence.
