I am rating them one star because I've literally have had nothing but issues since I've signed up for wic. I do understand they are trying to help but every time I try to go and purchase vegetables it only covers less than $10 when I get what I have on my balance. Also with the whole Similac issue no one from this department let me know that I'm supposed to call back monthly to get the formula available approved.
