RecommendedWe bought a refurbished model of hot tub from them due to the long back order on new models. I was a bit nervous in doing so not knowing what I was going to get. After delivery we had a couple issues with it and I went there to speak with them about it. They almost beat me back to my house to take care of the problem. Amazing customer service and great quality tubs. Extremely happy with our purchase. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a hot tub. Great service.

I originally called them to ask about repairs for my 2006 Bullfrog Spa. I was given an honest evaluation and decided that it wasn't worth repairing. They bent over backwards to help me get a deal on a new spa that I could afford. They are one of the best businesses I have ever worked with.
We got our Bullfrog Spa several years ago but haven’t used it for a while. We had a really nice service man, Rick, come check it out for us to make sure everything was good. He checked the jetpaks, the lights and the chemical balance. He told us about things to watch for that would indicate possible leaks in the future (all good now!). Rick even gave us a couple of ideas to address the issue of yellow jackets in the cabinet. Great service for a great product. Thanks!

I don't often endorse a company or a product, but I cannot say enough good things about my new spa. We have had it for exactly two weeks and I have never felt better. My only regret is that I didn't buy one years ago. I would highly recommend a Bullfrog Spa to anyone who is thinking about a hot tub/spa. Bullfrog Spas of Northern Utah was very easy to work with and they made sure I was thrilled with my purchase.
Second time we've purchased a Bullfrog. There are no other name brands on the market that are better!!! The installers were awesome and on time. If you are thinking you want to buy one go see Franz in Layton...awesome guy!
