Dan was amazing, I wasn't an easy sale. We visited many times and he was was always great and never pressured us. He was always available and willing to talk. Excited to have it delivered, I will update that process once we receive it. But so far its been a great experience. Thank you guys, especially Dan and all your hard work for us.
If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered a custom hot tub from Bull Frog spas at the Tulsa State Fair October 3rd. We were told 4-6 weeks to delivery. It is now Dec 11th and although we’ve paid in full over $12,000 we’ve heard nothing. We’ve called our salesman and we’ve called the store multiple times and left voicemails and heard nothing back.
