Johnny was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to explain all the options, services, free delivery, and the outstanding 5-year warranty. I had an excellent experience with the install team today with Johnny and Derrick. They communicated well, they were professional and incredibly careful throughout the whole process. The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. Madison's product knowledge was great. She helped us decide which hot tub was right for us. We live 90 miles from the showroom and they still delivered it for free! Johnny and Joseph delivered and set it up. It was amazing to watch them work. How deftly they handled everything. Johnny, Derrick and Christian did an amazing job! They delivered on time, installed the hot tub in a timely matter, very friendly and were extremely polite and professional! I would highly recommend Bullfrog Hot Tubs and these three gentlemen!
The Bullfrog spa is a poorly manufactured and serviced unit. You will see from the photos we have suffered leaks which damaged our patios, disintegrating pillows which are leaving nylon flakes in the water and murky unclean water despite the high level service agreement. Got no help on the deck. Got no help in the failed equipment. Constant back and forth to get suport. Try elsewhere.
