Bullfrog Spas are awesome. The delivery/installers Johnny and Zayne were fast, efficient, friendly and professional. This is our second Bullfrog spa and we highly recommend them. Madison made the purchase process very easy from beginning to end.
We purchased an M9 spa BullFrog Spas of Missoula (Kalispell location) in the summer of 2023. The spa was inoperable all summer long (June-August) and technicians worked on the unit on multiple occasions. They replaced the piping, fixed the leaks, and removed all of the insulation foam. Bullfrog technicians told us serval times that we should "warranty" the unit and stop trying to fix it. But, we were patient and continued down the path of repair versus replace. Bullfrog Kalispell has been very easy to work with. Very helpful when we were working on our older Bullfrog that got that had been sitting for a few years. When we decided to upgrade to a new one, they were again very helpful. Madi takes the time to answer many questions. Installation was very smooth and Johnny and Jeremy were very helpful and informative with the installation.
We had a fantastic experience with the installation of our new Bullfrog hot tub! Johnny and Jeremy were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Since our hot tub is in the back of our house, a crane was needed for the installation, and Johnny and Jeremy were on-site to oversee everything. They made sure the hot tub was placed perfectly, cleaned, filled, and ready to go.
