The Bullfrog Hot Tub we purchased from Johnny is made really well. The construction allows for greater water pressure and a very low electric cost. It’s looks great and the exchangeable jet packs allow you to customize your experience. Derrick and Johnny did a fantastic job installing the hot tub. They explained how it works and how to keep it properly maintained. They are both friendly, professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend these spas and see Johnny if you’re looking for one.
Love the new spa! Researched every company thoroughly and decided on Bullfrog. Great buying experience with Madison. Johnny and Derrick did a great, professional job on placement and setup. Very happy with the choice.

Late Sept 2025 Zayne and Rob came out to service my tub. They were efficient, showed me the things I can do myself as a first time tub owner (I learned a lot), and even provided useful info on the local area. Nice job, would definitely recommend them again!
