A very positive experience with Madi, Cody, and Zayne! Madi helped us through selection, installation questions and sales, while Zayne and Cody delivered, set up and explained operation and maintenance. All were professional and courteous! We decided on our local bullfrog dealer due to access to local delivery and immediate help with pre installation questions. As well as quick access to qualified maintenance/product needs. Excellent! Madi is amazing and we were blown away by her customer service right from the start. She took time in the late day so we could sit in a Bullfrog A6 and determine by experience which jet packs we connected with. She took a lot of time to answer our many questions, never seemed to be in a hurry, and was consistently patient. She made it clear what the unique design advantages are when one invests in a Bullfrog, which we ultimately elected to do. She made a very positive difference in our lives and won our trust.
