Great customer service. I needed a service tech to come out and look at a couple things on our spa we just bought. They came out the very next day. The service tech Brandon didnt have the part on his truck for my light, he left back to the store to grab it and came right back. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction he explained to me how to change the option panel on my new spa and even put in my starter chemical pack. Very happy with the customer service with bullfrog.
Casey and his delivery crew were amazing!!! They were courteous, polite and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much Casey!!!
Very nice helpful staff
Horrible customer service as well as getting them to fix anything under warranty. They will just send someone out that makes it worse and then not send anyone else out for 3+ weeks....well maybe eve longer STILL WAITING for them to fix the leak they made worse and no longer can use the hot tub because it drains out overnight. I should be sending them my water bill. Go with another company. Nothing can be worse then the issues we've had with bullfrog. Not worth the $20,000
