I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Technician was very God & knowledgeable. He explained what work he completed in detail as I could relate to repairs needed. Great work & no more leak or issues since Tech. came out 10 days ago. 👌
From the In the store to inquire about a hot tub to the final Delivery, everyone we have worked with were amazing. Tom so helpful with information. Our delivery crew Casey, JD and Rylan went above and beyond. Ryland made sure we understood and we’re comfortable with our new hot tub. He was very patient with our questions. Five stars for sure.
Our delivery team showed up on time and knew exactly how to get our spa into our back yard! They were very kind and professional! We had a great experience ! They were awesome !!
Highly recommend these guys. Despite all obstacles the delivery crew were upfront and honest. The delivery crew Casey, JD, Kenny, and Kaleb were polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help and give the knowledge necessary to own our new spa. Even the young lady that got us our chemicals and explaoned everything for first chemical dosage and showed us our subscription which gave us 3 free months of chemicals to start. Thanks Bullfrog
We had a leak in our Bullfrog hot tub and I reached out to the company to see if it would be worth repairing. They sent a person up to see what was going on, gave us a bid and we then scheduled for them to come and replace the broken pipes. They came and found more leaks but they tools care of them and was under the bid. They were very professional and we are happy with the results
