We have been thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service we have received from Mary throughout our entire experience, from the initial sale to ongoing customer service (questions, concerns, etc). She has consistently been transparent and upfront, ensuring that we were fully informed about every aspect of our dealings. The spa itself is incredible; we’ve been frequenting it almost every night since we got it. We have enjoyed working with Mary and totally recommend her!

Mary was exceptional customer service staff, very knowledgeable and gave the discounts I qualified for. The set up and delivery was included in the price and the staff for that were friendly and efficient setting up, running it and informing me on testing water routines.
So many models to chose from and there is something for everyone. We found our new spa and can't rave enough about the experience and customer service. Thank you TJ for your expertise. We LOVE our spa!!!
