I bought my bullfrog hot tub 1.5 years ago. Absolutely love it, use it every day. My day starts at 5 am with a spa treatment for 15-20 minutes every morning for some peace. I am 69 years old, I play golf, ski, hike 4-7 miles at times and ride my electric bike 20 miles plus. My body is exhausted after these events, i have trouble amputating. I visited two hot tub companies in the Henderson area to learn more about swim spas and the installation process. Although both places had a friendly, knowledgeable sales team, Bullfrog Spas was a step above. Steve at Bullfrog took the time to understand what we needed and pointed us to the swim spa that we ultimately purchased, and I was thoroughly impressed by the sales process, customization options, delivery scheduling, and installation. We have owned a Bullfrog Spa since early 2021. This was during Covid and it was very hard to find anyone with one in stock. The Henderson, NV location had a sealed A7L that wasn’t purchased by the person who ordered it so we got lucky. . However, we had some issues here and there with the item but it was a very nice spa. Fast forward to a couple months ago and my spa warped in this horrendous hot sun that we have here in Nevada. Bullfrog Spas stood by their warranty and got us a brand new unit to replace ours. Absolutely love my new Bullfrog spa! Customer service was excellent from the time I walked in the door and continues to be 2 months after purchase. Steve is so helpful! He answers all my questions and is very personable.
