Recently purchased an M9 spa from bullfrog and couldn’t be happier. Stephanie was great from start to finish. Deliver and set up was flawless and the quality of the tub is unmatched. Best money I ever spent. Highly recommend.

Can not seem to get to service to get a price on a part. Amazingly silly problem to have. - I called in to ask for assistance as i dont live local but they are still the closest store. The person that answered local told me to call back and choose the service option, which led to being asked me location and then another transfer to a phone that was never answered. Additional callbacks to the option 2 were not even answered.
