We have a hot tub from bullfrog and it's not as good as my old hot tub. The placement of where the Jets go are the worst placement I've ever had in a hot tub. When you sit down, there's jets that literally shoot into the back of your knees and then when you want to shut them off you can't shut them off without shutting off the back massager area that puts water to massage your back while you're sitting. We had a wonderful experience with purchasing our first Bullfrog Spa with the help of Stefanie. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about every spa on the floor. We found the perfect one for our family with her help!! It was delivered, hooked up and ready to use in less than a week. Thank you so much Stef!

I would not recommend a Bull Frog spa until they start making their hot tub pillows/headrest with a different material. No matter what you do to let gas out of the tub from chemicals, the pillows eventually bubble and peel. There is no way to not have some build up when you have a cover on the spa. It is ridicules that I have had my hot tub for less than 5 years and replaced all pillows once and I am now seeing an issue on 3 pillows. I use very little chemicals in my spas as well. What gives?
