Jessica is wonderful at what she does, very patient to answer all my questions about my new hot tub. 5 star experience and I would definitely recommend going to see her first if you are in the market for a hot tub.
My Bullfrog experience has been great start to current. Sharkey in Rockford has been very thorough and responsive even months after the sale. The install crew was great and we have been very happy with the unit.
Our sales specialist was Jessica, and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was so sweet and very funny. Jessica made our experience at BullFrog Spas, a definite 5-stars experience. Even when the floor model we bought was mislabeled, Jessica definitely made things 1000% right. In the end, Jessica went above and beyond, in my opinion, what most wouldn’t have done. Because of her dedication to upholding her ethics, she made us BullFrog Spa members for life!
