Cynthia was the best ever sales person to work with! She listens, is not pushy, was very knowledgeable about all our options, and answered every question in a professional manner. Cynthia was also patient and respectful. She was fast to respond and always willing to answer our silly “new spa buyer” questions. We are so excited to get our new swim spa and Covana cover. The cost was fair and we just felt like she took care of our every concern. I can’t say enough nice things about our experience.
Ally was fantastic!! She helped us from the first time we walked in on a snowy Saturday 30min before closing through to purchase and installation. She is knowledgeable, responsive, genuine and found the perfect hot tub for us! We love the hot tub and use it almost every day!!! There's just nothing like letting your stress from the day melt away through your jet pack of choice.
My spa sprung a leak, bullfrog picked it up fixed it and brought it back. Great service, good people doing what they said they would do, rare in this day. Other retailers could really take some notes. Highly recommend
Great experience and a superior product. Everything was seamless from ordering to delivery, they even booked the crane! Hats off to Ally at Bullfrog for her extensive knowledge and easy going style.
