They let us try all the different types of jet packs and multiple hot tubs in store. We love our hot tub!
Wow. What an awesome spa purchasing experience. Ally was fantastic, she helped us with every step of the process from explaining bullfrogs build process, features, benefits and even let us test out packs which made the personalization process even better! We went to many other manufactures while shopping and bullfrog was 100x better. If you are in the market for a spa, I highly recommend going in and chatting with Ally!

Can’t say enough about our experience with Bullfrog Spas and specifically our experiences with Ally our salesperson. We’ve owned several hot tubs and the quality of Bullfrog is second to none. Ally has been there from day one, helping us troubleshooting water problems, suggesting proper products and generally making spa life the easiest and best ever experience.
We’ve had several different hot tubs — everything from “other name brands” to the weekend fairground specials, Bullfrog is by far the best and most quality product AND the most efficient (helpful for Utah winters). What sets Bullfrog miles apart from the competition is the level of Customer Service. We were communicated with at every level of the process from pre to post installation.
