Ally was the best. Super knowledgeable and helped us get everything we needed out of the spa. No hesitation in recommending Ally or Bullfrog.
My experience overall with Bullfrog is outstanding. There were some issues with the spa that we bought, but Bullfrog made up for it by getting us a completely new one to fix the issues. They really care about their customers and making sure they have a top quality product and experience. Highly recommend the spas, but the company level of service is 5 stars as well. Great communication and friendly representatives.
Ally was amazing at helping us pick out our spa. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We even got to go to the show room and try out the jet packs. She spent lots of time with us helping us pick out the perfect ones. Ally was great to work with.
