Bullfrog's standards of excellence are evident at this store with both the help I received on the phone and in person when I visited the store. Jonathan was a godsend, and I appreciated all his help, advice, and kind demeanor. The gold standard in spas is Bullfrog, and their representatives prove this with every contact I have with them. I love my spa (bought it used, but they still treat me as a valued customer).

We purchased a Series 8 Hot tub 3 years ago and have had ongoing issues (some minor, some major). The customer service was high level and the repairs that were needed were completed in a timely manner. However we continued to have issues with our hot tub even after all of the repairs. Due to all of the repairs, I reached out to Cheri, the manager of the Avondale store, and expressed my disappointment and frustration with our Bullfrog spa. My wife and I stopped in there last week to learn more about bullfrog hot tubs and we were greeted by Cheri. I can’t express how helpful she was explaining the different features of their hot tubs and then even set us up with coming back in and actually trying out one of the hot tubs on site. It was a great experience and Cheri knows her stuff. We will be getting a bullfrog hot tub in the future because of her.
Updating our review…… Sadly our excitement turned to frustration and disappointment! We spent over $20,000 on a hot tub and for that much money you’d think it would be great quality! Not so much, the panels warp and the trim pieces fall off from the pressure. Very poorly designed! To their credit they have come out and “fixed” it 3-4 times but it’s simply a poor design and should have been recalled or replaced with the updated design. Very very frustrating.
