What a great purchase. We use our spa everyday. Great quality, easy to maintain, so fun and relaxing. We love it!
They were always friendly but it took several months to get my hot tub back. When they brought my hot tub back they hooked it up and filled it with water. After just a few weeks the water was super cloudy. I opened the filter area and there were no filters, cartridges and even the cartridge holder was missing. They had removed $250 work of filter and parts without putting them back. After only having the hot hub back for a few weeks we had to drain it, clean it in order about $250 for the parts.
