Great customer service at Bullfrog Collingwood!! Jennifer explained different models and options, enabling us to make the necessary choices to make our purchase of our A6L Plus with Covermate III easy. The delivery guys they used were awesome; they placed our spas tub exactly where we wanted it and installed the cover lifter, too. We needed a bit of help with balancing water chemistry, and Jennifer was very patient and thorough in getting us newbies through the learning curve as well. Great experience with Jennifer. She was extremely knowledgeable. She was flexible and very willing to help in any way. BullFrog had more choice then others both at the high end and the low end. Make sure you check them out if you are in the market.
