Customer since 2019. They do a great job. Yesterday we had Howard, a service tech over to resolve a problem with our heat pump. He quickly identified the problem and took the next set to troubleshoot any other problems. We needed a sensor added to support a software update. He helped me with the pentair app on my phone. Until yesterday I didn't know my system could also cool my pool!
