PSA....DO NOT buy a bullfrog hot tub if you value your sanity and your money. We have had ours for nearly 4 years and it has NOT leaked for maybe 3 months of that time. It literally started leaking the day we had it delivered. They even took it to their shop for 3 months to "fix" it right and guess what, it started leaking 2 months after we got it back. Jason at Bullfrog was awesome to work with. I had never purchased a jacuzzi before, so this was a new experience. He was patient in explaining how they work and walked through the different options without being salesy or pushy. I really appreciated him and his knowledge. I highly rceommend!
After researching several spa brands, we decided on a Bullfrog M-Series M9, and what really stood out was the JetPak Therapy System. The ability to customize each seat by swapping JetPaks instead of being locked into a fixed jet layout is a major advantage and something we didn’t see with other manufacturers. The @Ease sanitizer cartridge is advertised to last 3-4 weeks, but I get only about 10 days. I replaced the cartridge and left for vacation (no one using the hot sub), shocked it before leaving, and when I returned 10 days later the test strip was reading no chlorine. The cartridge was set on level one, the lowest level for dosing. They do not last as advertised and turn out to be very expensive to use.
