During an 18M project on our building (well, probably a 4M project, but they charged eighteen million dollars), they came into my unit, smashed the toilet, cracked the tile floor, broke a shelf, and then -- a cherry to show their contemptuous amateurism -- painted with primer over dried wall-paper glue.
