We used them to fix our roof two summers ago and the area they supposedly had fixed didn't even last a year before starting to leak again! Called the point of contact multiple times without hearing back. Would not recommend at all.
Soliciting in my neighborhood despite clear "No Soliciting" signs. Rang my doorbell not once, but twice - likely because he could see me through my glass front door (I was on an international call). Ridiculous. Will NEVER use this company.
We called to get a consult for a new roof and 2 weeks later the job was done. They got our whole roof done in one day and we're very thorough with clean up. But speed was less important than feeling like we were getting a quality job and a roof which would last us the next 30 years. They use GAD shingles and we were encouraged to do our own research before signing a contract so we never felt sold to - just educated. Ask for Mayson - we had a great experience working with him on a forever roof for our forever home.
Bulletroof installed a new roof for me last Saturday. (It was a Warranty claim, defective IKO shingles on an 8 year old roof.) From first contact (which I initiated after reading Bulletroof's Google Reviews), through the roof installation, cleanup, and final site inspection, communication and follow-through were excellent. I can confirm what you've been reading in the reviews about excellence in service demonstrated by BulletROOF. I remember meeting Mayson Madden while I watched BulletROOF replace the roof for my neighbor. I was not inclined to replace mine thinking I had several years left and would deal with it later but he approached me and we started talking.
