They never filed for our personal property claim, that was a separate paid part of our premium. Never fought for us with the insurance company, for us. We got the first and only offer they sent them. I don't feel that we did any better by having their representation, than just taking what the insurance company decided was fair, only 24 k for 2/3 of our 5 bedroom home flooded inside.
