I’ve been working with BulletProof on roofing repairs for multiple properties for at least 3 years. They’re always available to support or answer questions. I’m satisfied with the work they do and commitment to excellence by their staff and crew.

Worked with them through Select Home Warranty. They came out to do a roof inspection but didn't have the correct ladder to actually view the roof. Supposed to come back with the correct equipment but still collected the service fee. Never got a call back. A month later, and I still can't get my roof inspected. Probably a combination of the warranty company and the contractors, but so far, not a good experience.
