I've read a lot of negative reviews on this place but just left there and the employees were kind abs knowledgeable. Try them yourself to get your own opinion!

I don't understand the comments about 'rudeness'. Perhaps they're old and something has changed more recently. I've been a dozen or so times in the last month. The staff has been exceptionally helpful since day 1. They helped me make a gun selection - even suggested I look for a specific model that they didn't stock before I purchased. It gets busy in there - but if you need personal attention, or direction, you can absolutely get it - just ask! I did... They deserve less then one star . They are extremely RUDE ! Bunch of want to be copes! They are A-- holes . I can not wait until another gun range comes to town .

I am sure the quality of their items are decent as the guns I have used here before and looked at all seemed to be quality items. However a couple of years ago I came here and since then I have never looked back. A few of us were waiting in line to sign up to use the range when a gentleman walks in with what looks like a hunting rifle (I don't really know my guns). The "expert" asked if it was unloaded and the gentleman said yes it was. The customer proceeds to tell the "expert" some sort of problem with the gun. The expert ... read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The employees are rude and think they know it all. In my opinion, it's their job to help educate the customers but instead they just make you feel like a complete idiot for even asking a question. I can't wait for Gun Gear To Go to open up...it's only 2 blocks away and surely they'll be able to provide better customer service than this place.

they suck Wow this place sucks.. i have been coming here for a long time and spent a lot of money here shooting and buying guns. Ok guys i go in and see smith wesson 500. I want this gun 900 bux ok. I say i want her and then ask hey are you going to test fire gun because she is used. He says no because it is too strong. What bs they used to rent one there. Also how is 50 cal moving 1800 fps any different then 45-70 gov which they allow moving at the same speed. Or 300 win mag at 3000 fps. Ok after argument they say ok one sh... read more

Great place 5 new guns, CHL classes for the wife and I, and two years as members and I have nothing but good to say about this place. The three sales guys I've dealt with have always offered good advice without any high pressure selling and all the counter guys and range officers have been both friendly and professional. We're there at least once a month. If the Mark everyone is complaining about is the same Mark that taught our CHL class, I don't know how you can't like the guy.

STAY AWAY!!! Very rude employees here. They accused me of theft only to find our I had bought the item they accused me of stealing. I have never met a lower class of people. And, the manager, Mark, condones this behavior!!! Amazing......
