Brought my truck to this place for 9am appointment today. Waited around until 9:45 and no one showed up so then I left. Called at 10:15 and finally someone was there. Asked him what happened and got nothing more than "I wasn't here". When I pressed about why I couldn't get a call etc got the same answer "I wasn't here" followed by "You should have just left your truck".
