Austin was very professional but the work was not. Ten years ago I had them put on a roof and the shingles are coming up. I have no proof, it's only speculation, but I believe they went cheap on the glue and/or nails. When trying to call them, no one answered and their mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. It goes without saying I would never use them again and I now have a great company putting a new roof on.
I've known Dave for many many years so I can vouch for his character and integrity in his personal life and business. His work is of exceptional quality. I've worked with him many times and he's always conscientious and considerate. Dave responds quickly with estimates and his prices are reasonable. Dave is a local and treats you like a neighbor. Been watching their work truck drive North on 585 for 25 minutes. For the first few miles, they tailgated a salt truck in a snow storm, angling to pass. Spent the rest of the time unable to keep the vehicle in the lane. Yikes

So thankful for these kind people. My daughter is a student at KSU and I am not local so I could not help her.
