Absolutely amazing customer service! More companies should follow this company's approach. Instantaneous response to inquires and regular updates on order status. Extremely quick shipping with quality packaging. I had an issue, contacted the owner and he walked me through diagnosing the fix. A replacement was shipped the same day. I received it the next business day then installed it. The Bullet Brake works perfectly on my 2019 Goldwing Trike. I highly recommend this company and product.

I live in Switzerland and purchased bullet brake from a local dealer. The product was defective (...it happens even to the best companies...) and I decided to contact the manufacturer directly. I then wrote to Mark and explained the problem. Mark without any discussion sent me a new part at his own expense, directly to my home in Switzerland. This is truly customer service that should be an example to all companies. Congratulations Mark and thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Prior to ordering, I sent an email to confirm the part number. Mark answered it within hours. Ordered the product, and after installation results were not as expected. Left Mark a VOX and he texted me later that evening. He and I talked on the phone, and he offered a suggestion, which I tried the following morning and it worked as advertised. Since I'm local he had even offered to come over and take a look if necessary. I'm ordering a second one for my other bike. Great product, FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Customer service is fantastic. I had my break for about a month, and not noticed that it was not holding. I contacted Mark and he told me that there was a generation 2 device available. He sent one out, upon return of my generation 1 device. I have been using it for about a year now, thoroughly satisfied with its operation and holding capability.
