What a AMAZING idea and expertly engineered add on. Just installed my bullet brake and it is one effective setup. Keeps your heavy bike from rolling forward when there’s no choice but to park on a slight decline where the bigger bikes roll forward even if it’s in gear!!! Man!! Wish I’d had this years ago!!! Today it’s on a Gold Wing dct which normally requires a parking break - which most of us forget to disengage which leads to a used up parking brake that doesn’t work!! LOL. Truly an amazing tool. Install super easy and the device works perfectly. Mark, the owner is very personable, and responsive. If you own a DCT, this is a MUST have.
Absolutely amazing customer service! More companies should follow this company's approach. Instantaneous response to inquires and regular updates on order status. Extremely quick shipping with quality packaging. I had an issue, contacted the owner and he walked me through diagnosing the fix. A replacement was shipped the same day. I received it the next business day then installed it. The Bullet Brake works perfectly on my 2019 Goldwing Trike. I highly recommend this company and product.

I live in Switzerland and purchased bullet brake from a local dealer. The product was defective (...it happens even to the best companies...) and I decided to contact the manufacturer directly. I then wrote to Mark and explained the problem. Mark without any discussion sent me a new part at his own expense, directly to my home in Switzerland. This is truly customer service that should be an example to all companies. Congratulations Mark and thank you from the bottom of my heart!
