First time using Bullet Bikes and I’m really impressed. Even though they were flat out, they still managed to fit me in. I had a new chain and sprockets fitted — the service was friendly, professional, and the price was very reasonable. As a new customer, I’m very happy and will definitely be back.
Idk what it is with bullet bikes but I have never had a good experience with them neither has my dad, whether it's lack of skill, management or just the carelessness, another dealer for those bikes need to open to create competition. I just had my 2023 1290 sdr with only 3300ks serviced there, first off they over filled the oil by 100mm or more (was told they set the pump and just fill it but isn't it common sense to check the level on the bike itself) and didn't clean the oil off the exhuast at all as it started burning the... read more
Just had my Braap 400 cruiser serviced & road worthy done and the service from the friendly lady at the service desk, sorry I missed her name but she is an asset to Bullet bikes and Joshua Kenny who sorted my bike out, and made sure it's operating well. I appreciate the professionalism and efficient service. Solo trip northbound, plugged tyres twice but one opened up even more and I couldn’t plug it. Had the bike towed to Mackay. These guys were very accomodating making time to swap out the tyre and back on the road asap while they were fully booked. Very appreciative, great customer service staff were great and reasonably priced.
