I've waited 2.5 months for my bike and still don't got it and we call up and they put us on hold for 40 minutes and don't call us back
Much room for improvement!! Took 5 visits to get two tyres repaired. Placed onto the wrong rims, then managed to damage the new tube when swapping them back (then made out it was my fault after I returned) handed me a new tube for me to fit instead of fixing it themselves, then told it would be fitted and ready by Monday was still sitting on the shelf unrepaired when I went to collect on Thursday.
