These guys are top notch!
Piece of garbage customer service! We went fishing around Waubay area. Our car got stuck in mud and their company was the closest to our location (13 mins away). We explain our situation and Google pinned our location to him. He tells us he knows the area well and will be there in a bit, but never shows up (we waited almost two hours). We had a flat tire and a spare that turned out to be no good while driving through on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was closed. Through friends, we were able to get ahold of this business and they were able to have someone come and tow us to a tire place and help coordinate that business’ staff to come in off hours to get us a new tire so we could still make out Sioux Falls destination on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So very thankful for their service after hours!
Amazing service. I'm from out-of-country and suffered a critical engine coolant failure on the side of the road forcing me to completely stop driving and call a tow. Bullert only took about 20 min to arrive on-scene, and got me and my vehicle to a local auto shop of my choice 15 min after. Pricing was very fair given the quality and speed of service (and considering how much they bailed me out in this circumstance). Highly recommended. Will be keeping their card in my car at all times when in the region again.
