I have never had any of their "certified computer techncians" work on my computer but, have had then tell me that my router is causing the slowness and drop outs. The service seemed to work at first but, then it got slower, to the point it was unsusable. I would call and the would say reboot your router and the internet would work but would get slow again, They would say that it was my router and that I should get a new one and the new router did the same thing after a month. The fact that you sent out this notice to your customers solidifies my decision to have you as my provider. What rock did these people crawl out of? I mean really! After being on the phone many times with there "Tech Support" My issue has never been resolved. They claimed it was my router. Well thats kind of funny since I bought the router from them. Not only that cost for there service has almost tripled in price. What happened to my fixed \$19.95.

I have had Bulleri Service for 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. In the beginning they were not great, but within the past year things have really changed and the service is just excellent. If I have a problem they have it fixed usually within a day.I love Bulleris service, it just keeps improving.

I just received my bill this afternoon and was not happy that the price was going up again. I would of like to been given at least one month before the price increased. This is the second time this year that I had an increase. My bill has more than double since I was with them. I am not happy and when I get a chance I will drop them. I live in an area where internet service is bad.
